Your Qlaqs account is password-protected so that only the user has access to his or her personal information. We recommend all users to change their password at regular intervals.

If you use Qlaqs, you always use an encrypted SSL/TLS connection by default. Log out of your Qlaqs account and close the browser window when you have finished your work. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information.

Qlaqs operates in separate data centers, and backups are made daily and also stored separately. In the event of an error, live replications are available for immediate takeover of operations. The data centers for the operation of Qlaqs are multi-certified and have extensive access controls.

All servers for operating Qlaqs have a redundant Internet connection via multiple redundant upstreams, RAID hard drives, uninterruptible power supply, fully air-conditioned server security rooms and a modern early fire detection system with direct connection to the local fire brigade.
